Paralegal Training That Adds Immediate Value
Have you struggled to find the time to develop a professional development program for your legal support staff?
Adding that to your to-do list on top of everything else can feel overwhelming. How are you supposed to convince your lawyers and senior paralegals to set aside their valuable time to add content to your programs?
We get it. It is a lot of work!
Training industry statistics show that it takes approximately 25-30 hours to develop a quality one-hour training program from scratch. Would you even want your lawyers and paralegals to spend their time developing content for training programs at the typical $200 – $500 billing rate per hour?
Paralegal Boot Camp can provide you with an out-of-the-box internal paralegal training program.
What Others Are Saying About Our Paralegal Training Programs
Your lawyers want to practice law.
They do not want to be trainers.
We also know that when a paralegal wants to take a training program,
the last thing they have the time for is to sit through an all-day conference or a free vendor lunch-and-learn only to get one little tidbit of helpful information.
The Paralegal Boot Camp’s out-of-the-box professional development program provides law firms and legal departments with courses that immediately add value to your organization without your people having to spend their valuable time developing the content.

Personal Injury Boot Camp
A personal injury paralegal can help a plaintiff’s firm efficiently move claim files towards the settlement phase, which brings in cash flow and makes the clients happy.
This paralegal training program gives your paralegals the tools and checklists to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks along the way that could bottleneck a file at various phases.
Trial Prep Boot Camp
Preparing for trial can be stressful and overwhelming for your litigation paralegals. In this paralegal course, we give them the tools, checklists, and skills to reduce that stress.
Your trial attorneys will get the support at trial that they need, and your paralegals will look forward to going to trial after taking this course.

Our Paralegal Professional Development Topics Include:
7 Habits of the Indispensable Paralegal
In this motivational workshop, we put a new spin on Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by showing paralegals how to develop work habits to advance their careers.
The habits that we identify come from years of research on the topic of how to find a rewarding, successful paralegal career. What we found was that all successful paralegals have these habits in common.
Attention to Detail for Legal Professionals
How much is the lack of attention to detail costing your law firm. Mistakes cost more than just the time spent fixing them. Even small errors and mistakes can erode an attorney’s confidence level that the work will get done right.
Unfortunately, most people think they either have attention to detail skills, or they don’t. And they think that if they don’t have it, there is not much they can do about it. They’re wrong. This is a skill that can be improved like all other skills.
With our Attention to Details course, we can significantly increase your team’s attention to detail skills in just 60 minutes.
Communication Skills for Legal Professionals
The top criteria for advancement and promotion for all professionals is the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
It is an essential skill for a paralegal to possess.
You do not have to be born to be a great communicator. Instead, you can practice excellent communication skills each day to continue to improve this skill.
Project Management for Paralegals
In this popular program, we give paralegals the essential elements of project management principles and the project management life cycle as it applies to projects that paralegals are typically involved in (regardless of their practice area).
Participants gain an understanding of how to apply the “triple constraints” of project management to their work so that they are more efficient.
Social Media Ethics For Legal Professionals
Social media sites and messenger apps have become ethical minefields for legal professionals.
In fact, according to a recent study, more than one-third of all employers said they have fired or reprimanded an employee for something that happened on social media.
This practical course will allow attendees to uncover potential ethical pitfalls to avoid when using social media sites and messenger apps.
Working (Better) With Difficult People
We spend many of our waking hours with our colleagues. When you are working with people who have “difficult” personalities, those hours can never go by fast enough.
In this workshop, we will cover methods for recognizing the characteristics of the common types of difficult people (hint: you might even be one yourself and not even know it!).
We’ll give you strategies for dealing with these people in the workplace that will make your work hours more enjoyable.
