Training For Paralegals

Ann Pearson has been in the legal industry for over thirty years.

She started the Paralegal Boot Camp in 2010 after twenty years as a paralegal and a paralegal manager. Ann was a litigation paralegal for many years, working primarily in commercial litigation, antitrust, product liability, and construction litigation.

Ann later became the paralegal manager at McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP, where she managed the paralegals and case assistants in their Atlanta, New York, and San Diego offices.

Ann significantly increased the skill set, retention rates (a/k/a job satisfaction!), and profitability of McKenna’s paralegal group through methods that she now teaches in the paralegal training programs at the Paralegal Boot Camp.
