7 Habits of the Indispensable Paralegal

What is an indispensable paralegal?

An indispensable paralegal is an essential member of the legal team.  Someone who has elevated their career to the top.  Not in terms of money or job title.

It is a paralegal who is a valued, respected member of a team.  Someone who finds their work to be challenging and rewarding.  Someone who ENJOYS coming in to work every day.

7 Habits of the Indispensable Paralegal is a group training webinar that your paralegals attend online and on your schedule.

In this motivational live paralegal training session, we put a new spin on Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by showing paralegals how they can develop habits and skills that will increase their performance and increase their job satisfaction.

The habits that we identify come from years of research on the topic of how to find a rewarding, successful paralegal career.  What we found was that all successful (a/k/a indispensable) paralegals have these habits in common.  We share this with paralegals in a way that motivates them to want to develop and advance their paralegal career.
