What is the Paralegal Boot Camp?
The Paralegal Boot Camp offers skills-based online training programs designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world paralegal work. Unlike traditional CLEs and paralegal webinars, these training programs are laser-focused on practical skills that attorneys look for in their paralegals.
The Paralegal Boot Camp was founded by Ann Pearson, a former Paralegal Manager and Paralegal who saw firsthand that paralegals were graduating from paralegal certificate programs without the necessary skills to work as paralegals, and attorneys did not have the time to train new paralegals. The Paralegal Boot Camp solves that problem!

Is the Paralegal Boot Camp a paralegal certificate program?
No. The Paralegal Bootcamp is not the same as a paralegal certificate program. It does not replace a paralegal certificate. In fact, most of our students are graduates from paralegal certificate programs who are on the job and realize that what they learned in school was the theory and the terminology but not how to actually do the day-to-day work of being a paralegal.
Is a paralegal certificate required to take your courses?
No. A paralegal certificate is not a prerequisite to take any of our paralegal courses. However, it is recommended that if you do not have a paralegal certificate, you do have some basic foundational understanding of the legal system through work experience (a receptionist, legal assistant, file clerk).
Throughout the years, we’ve had many legal assistants use our Litigation Boot Camp for paralegals to successfully get promoted to a litigation paralegal position.
We’ve also had many case intake and personal injury receptionists use our Personal Injury Paralegal Boot Camp to get promoted to a Personal Injury Paralegal position.
What courses does Paralegal Boot Camp offer?
You can find our current course offerings on our Paralegal Courses page.
Do you offer a discount if we enroll more than one paralegal?
Yes. There is a discount if you enroll more than one paralegal from the same organization.
We can send you a discount code for each of them to use when they enroll themselves, or we can send you an invoice and enroll them for you.

Does the Paralegal Boot Camp provide group training for law firms?
Yes. All of our courses are available as group training events for law firms. We customize these in various formats to meet the needs of your team and your budget.
For example, one of our most popular professional development programs is our Billable Hour Boot Camp. It is a 5-hour program that we have presented in a variety of ways. Here are just a few of those as examples:
✅ As a 5-part live webinar series, meeting once per week. Other times, the firms prefer that we meet once every other week. Then the attendees are free to join our monthly group coaching calls that all of our other users attend who are enrolled in the self-paced version of the course.
✅ As an all-day live workshop in the firm’s conference room with 100 paralegals coming from all offices of the firm.
✅ As two 1/2 day live workshops in a hotel conference room with 60 associates and 20 partners in attendance. This was followed up with a 6-month group coaching call.
✅ As a self-paced course, instructing the firm’s associates and paralegals to complete by a certain date so that they could then attend a private group coaching call with Ann Pearson. This was then followed up with quarterly group coaching calls.

How do I enroll in the Paralegal Boot Camp?
All of our paralegal training courses are available here, and that is where you log in to access the courses that you purchase. If you ever forget that URL, you can also access it at the bottom of this website where it says “Sign In.”
Are the courses approved for CLE credits?
Our courses are not CLE-approved, and that’s by design. Here’s why: at Paralegal Boot Camp, our focus is on delivering practical, skills-based training that helps you excel in your career, not just check a box for CLE credits.
We believe your professional development should go beyond collecting certificates that sit in a file cabinet. Instead, our courses are designed to give you actionable tools and knowledge you can immediately apply to your work, making you more efficient, effective, and indispensable to your legal team.
While CLE credits can be valuable, we prioritize providing real-world, career-advancing skills that truly make a difference. Our approach ensures you’re investing your time in training that enhances your expertise and helps you stand out in the legal field.
If you’re looking for training that adds measurable value to your career, our programs are tailored to meet that goal.
Who teaches the Paralegal Boot Camp courses?

All of our courses are created and taught by Ann Pearson, Founder of Paralegal Boot Camp, for one important reason: when you train with the us you’re getting fresh, real-world strategies built for your career success. You’re not getting 60-minute webinars taught by unpaid guest presenters the way most of the other training company business models work.
At the Paralegal Boot Camp we do things differently. We believe that your time is too valuable to sit through a presentation for a piece of paper that says you get one credit and one little nugget of information. We believe that you should walk away from every training program, no matter the length, with actionable strategies that advance your paralegal career!
Before launching Paralegal Boot Camp in 2010, Ann spent 20 years in the legal industry, first as a litigation paralegal at an AmLaw 50 firm. Later, as a paralegal manager at an AmLaw200 firm, Ann managed paralegals across three of the firm’s offices. She knows the pressure of juggling deadlines, managing case files, and proving your value in a demanding law firm environment.
Ann is also the host of a podcast show. Go to the Paralegal Boot Camp home page for the latest episode.
