For us, it’s fresh flowers. Every week we get some fresh flowers to brighten up our space. This week it’s these beautiful white ranunculus. Sometimes it’s just a couple of daisies or sunflowers. It’s amazing how much bringing in beauty from the outside world can reduce stress!
