We are hosting a 5-day challenge for new litigation paralegals designed to help you accelerate your new paralegal career.
In this challenge, we’ll share a 5-step plan to get a jump on 2024 and change things up for the new year.
What does the challenge involve?
Well, we promise you won’t be doing push-ups or squats. This isn’t a physical challenge; it’s more of a mental challenge.
Each day of the challenge, you will receive an email with one task or assignment to complete, and then you will confirm that you have completed it.
These tasks are going to be something that helps advance your career as a litigation paralegal.
Why litigation?
Well, we did some research on challenges, and the advice was to make the challenge as specific as possible if you wanted people to see results.
That’s why you’ll see physical challenges like a 30-day squat challenge or 30-day abs challenge rather than just a general 30-day workout challenge.
We specifically chose 5 things, 5 tasks that we know will have a big impact on new litigation paralegals.
What if I’m not new to litigation, but I am in litigation; I’ve been a litigation paralegal for 15 years, can I still join?
Sure. The reason I am saying it’s a challenge for new litigation paralegals is because I know how busy everyone is and if you’ve been a litigation paralegal for 10 years or more, you might not get as much from it, as say, a 3-year paralegal.
I would hate for someone to attend the challenge and then think “That was a waste of time, I’ve already been doing that for the past 10 years…or…I already knew all of that.”
Can you still attend? Of course. But it’s geared more towards litigation paralegals who have been working in the field for 5 or less years.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It’s free to attend.
But if you do attend, we want you to be committed to really wanting to advance your paralegal career and not just attend and then not open any of the daily emails.
This is about accountability and actually making moves to propel your paralegal career forward.
