This module provides your timekeepers with our proprietary Billable Hours Calculator Tool that they download and use to estimate how many hours they have available each month based on several variables, including scheduled vacations, holidays, productivity level, and total work hours.
This tool will make it easier for your team to make a written plan to meet your law firm’s billable hour goal.
Why is this important? Because they will see that if they plan their year around typically slow months, they will be able to meet their billable hour targets.
