How much is the lack of attention to detail costing your law firm?

Mistakes cost more than just the time spent fixing them.

In a law firm, mistakes cost billable hours – and not only in the time that is written off because someone has to correct the work.  We know what starts to happen as those little mistakes keep happening.  The attorneys start doing more of the work themselves or they find someone else to do their work.

Even small errors and mistakes can erode an attorney’s confidence level that the work will get done right.

Paralegal utilization rates start to drop.

Paralegal realization rates start to drop.

As a manager already wearing at least 8 other hats, you don’t have the time to double-check every single thing before it goes out the door.  You have to rely on your support team to get the work done and get it done right.

Unfortunately, most people think they either have attention to detail skills or they don’t.  And if they don’t, there is not much they can do about it.  They’re wrong.

With our Team Training Program, we can significantly increase your team’s attention to detail skills.

Attention to Detail is a skill that can be improved.

Lack of attention to detail can be a career death sentence for anyone, but especially if you work in a law firm.  It can also cost a law firm in lost time and lost revenue.

In this workshop, we give your legal support professionals:

All team training programs come with 30-day recording access at no extra charge.  You do have the option to select longer access to the recording.  For example, some of our clients purchase 1-year access so that they can use the recordings for new hire onboarding and unlimited access for all members of the firm. This course is approved for 1.0 CLE credit. We don’t charge per seat for our Team Training Programs.  Instead, you pay one flat fee for unlimited firm-wide attendance.  While the Paralegal Boot Camp specializes in training programs for paralegals, this team training event could also be attended by legal secretaries, paralegal assistants, docket clerks and other legal support professionals. This workshop is for legal support professionals at all levels of experience.
